RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY: If you aren't 100% happy with any item, simply return it! The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information. 

Time Frame: Upon date of delivery, the customer has 7 days to return an item. Please note: if it is a sale item, returns will only be accepted if the product is defective and we are notified within 3 days of verified delivery notice via USPS. 

The Details: Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying items on, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and therefore must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container. Shoes returned using the shoe box as shipping container are not permitted. Shipping charges are non-refundable on all item(s). If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, the customer will be subject to a 15% Wear and Tear fee. 

The Exceptions: Items in the "Sale" section, anything discounted 30% or more, scarves, hair accessories, and undergarments are final and cannot be returned.  

Defective Items: If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, you must notify us by email (Sales@PeacockTree.com) within THREE days of verified delivery notice via USPS. Otherwise, it will be deemed wear and tear. No exceptions. 

Refund Type: We do not issue refunds, however we do offer store credit minus our shipping & handling costs.

Overview: Returns received that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Please be sure to use a tracking service when returning an item(s). We are not responsible for lost returned package(s).

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item(s) with your packing slip, please mark the item(s) you're returning and include the reason for the return. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your information.
